What does Ag education, turf management, Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration, landscape design, greenhouse and fruit and vegetable production all have in common? They are all career fields that BHE horticulture graduates have gone on to pursue.  Our horticulture program offers a diverse curriculum inspiring participants and ensuring the opportunity to explore prospective career areas as well as achieve academic goals. Students are introduced to the diversity of the field not only through classroom practicum but also direct hands on experience supporting what they have learned, with internships in the student’s area of interest being an important element in their career development.
